Death By Chocolate

Klo ngikutin SOP sih DBC dicover dgn chocolate ganache & hias chocolate modeling...tapiiiiii..Heikel temen kantor minta laen drpd yg laen..minta topping pake keju parut.
Walau agak nyeleneh diawal..ternyata oksss bgt loh rasanya..perpaduan coklat yg bener2 nyoklat ma rasa asin keju...sensasi bgtttttds..supaya lbh wokeh, abis siram dgn coklat ganache, cover dl dgn cheese frosting..baru deh tabur keju. Dgn ukuran 30x30 seisi ktr dpt sepotong kabeh & ga ada satupun yg tersisa..bgitu sampe meja masing2..kue lsg dilahap..ludes.. komen mereka..iiiihhh...enaaaaaaaaaaak bgt...nyoklat bgt...ngeju bgt.... & akhire..dpt orderan lg utk ultah suami temen ktr..sambil bilang..msh ada lg ga kue na...waaaaaaaaah..laper pa doyan booo.
